Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days for most orders from the date of dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
